A: It is recommended that you at least have a laptop/ desktop as building your online business entirely on your mobile phone is quite difficult. Of course you can use your mobile phone sometimes. But if you were to build your own blog, building it on your mobile phone would be difficult. Some members go to their local library to borrow the computers there which is also a good idea if you don’t have a laptop/ desktop handy.
A: Our Free Course can be accessed from all countries as long as you have an internet connection and can understand English (sorry we do not provide translational services). On the other hand, if you choose to become an affiliate of My Online Startup, we use a third party company – Clickbank to pay out your commissions. Hence if your country is not listed on Clickbank’s affiliated countries, you cannot participate in our affiliate program. In this case, please still feel free to use our Free Course to build your online business :).
A: You can collect MOS Points through various ways including contributing in our Private Forum and leaving comments in our Free Course as well as completing our Free Course. A: Mentioning others is a great way to help members get their questions answered. When you mention others, they will also get an email notification to bring them back to the comment so they can see your answer.
There are two ways to mention someone:
- Type “@xxx” where “xxx” is their first name only. Wait a bit for options to come up and choose the name of the person you want to mention. The “@” will automatically populate with the person’s username. Hint: do NOT press the space bar. Only type their first name after the “@” sign and wait for the options to pop up.
- You can also use the + option in the comment box next to the smiley face (or emoticons) icon. This + option allows you to search for the person you want to mention. This time, you can type out their full name. Again, wait for the options to pop up after you type in their full name. Again, the “@” will automatically populate with the person’s username.
